Vegetable Garden 2009
Spring has sprung and the rain has finally stopped. This is the time for planting and planting we are!
Check out a bit of last years bounty;
the vegetable garden is a wonderful after-work relaxer and giver of all things good!
Here are a few shots of my mature veggie garden ‘08
Although a bit windy, lots windy actually, We planted this mothers day. Our tomato plants are being shipped a bit late this year thanks to the high demand at the tasteful garden- the mom-and-pop farm who ships the best heirloom tomato plants I’ve seen.

Their plants ship large in 4in. pots carefully and well watered ready to harden off and plant. Beautiful!
Please take a first look at this years vegetable garden:
In theory, the Slanted trellis is going to hold climbing cucumbers and their shadows will allow delicate lettuce to thrive without bolting a little longer into the summer.
